An Indoeuropean Project in Noida was launched in June 2010 by Tirupati Eye Centre, Noida for the benefit of the poor and rural population. This Project is called “Mobile Unit for Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy and AssociatedComplications in Rural Uttar Pradesh”. In this Project a mobile hospital has been designed with world class equipments for treatment of diabetic eye diseases including lasers to give a doorstep treatment in semi urban and rural areas of Uttar Pradesh where this treatment facility is not available and not affordable.
This project covers 5 districts of Uttar Pradesh (Gautam Budh Nagar, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Bulandshahr and Aligarh) which are visited by our mobile clinic equipped with best of equipments for diagnosis and treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Screening and treatment is provided at a nominal cost to patients who can afford to pay and free in those who cannot afford.
The project is executed by Tirupati Eye Centre, Noida, a Super specialty medical centre with a dedicated Retinal clinic and Tirupati Charitable Trust, a Vision health centered NGO.
Keeping in mind the cost and logistical hurdles of duplicating the sets of equipment required in many remote locations, the project has designed a mobile van with diagnostic and therapeutic equipment to act as a mobile hospital for treatment of patients who have problems in eye because of diabetes.

Tirupati Eye Centre now launches the latest and safest Lasik Laser technology Teneo 2 by Bausch & Lomb with "Bladeless Flapless Touchless" Lasik laser.
Project Drishti was inaugurated in August,2023 in which Rotary Club of Noida and Tirupati Eye Centre jointly started free operation of Cataract. In the first session, 100 free operations will be done in 3 months. These operations will be done in those people who are unable to get their operations done due to lack of money.
